Before production, our team communicates with customers regarding their products, material characteristics, required capacity, process conditions and automation requirements, and assists with equipment selection, configuration confirmation and solution design. Material trials or machine testing can also be arranged for selected applications when required.
During production, manufacturing, assembly and testing processes are subject to quality control, while production photos and videos can be provided according to project requirements.
After completion, machines undergo functional testing and pre-delivery inspection, with relevant PDI documentation available.
After delivery, HengMing provides operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts and remote technical support. Overseas on-site installation, commissioning and training are available upon request, depending on individual project requirements.
