Bottom Valve Discharge Kneader
Product Introduction
Flowable compounds are easy to mix and surprisingly awkward to unload. A tilting vessel can splash a thin sealant, leave residue around the lip or force operators to work close to the batch. This bottom valve kneader puts the discharge point at the lowest part of the W-shaped chamber. The outlet, valve actuation and contact finish can be selected around viscosity, temperature and the receiving equipment, giving the production team a cleaner handoff at the end of every cycle.

Product Features
A pneumatic bottom ball valve is the usual starting point because it opens quickly with standard plant air. Manual operation remains available for smaller lines, and a hydraulic valve can be discussed when the material or site calls for it.
The drive is sized for the real loading condition, including slurry that settles near the outlet before the shafts begin. A WEG motor, torque-matched reducer and practical interlock between mixing and valve opening help the operator move the batch without an accidental spill.
Core Components & Features
The value of this layout is not only the outlet itself. It is the way the drive, shaft support, controls and valve package work together to turn a difficult final step into a repeatable transfer operation.

WEG Motor
The WEG motor is selected around the starting load created by settled slurry and the required batch turnover. That reserve at start-up gives the operator a steadier kneading cycle instead of a drive that struggles before the outlet is ever opened.
Guomao Gear Reducer
Guomao reduction keeps the working speed and available torque in a useful range for dense pastes. The ratio is confirmed with the shaft load and the receiving-line rhythm, so discharge planning is based on the whole process rather than on motor power alone.
Siemens Inverter
A Siemens inverter gives the line room to slow the blades during the last mixing stage and to coordinate a controlled valve sequence. It is useful when one machine handles more than one sealant or resin grade.
NSK Bearing
NSK bearing support helps hold the two shafts in alignment when material pressure is uneven near the bottom outlet. Stable shaft geometry protects the seals and keeps the working clearance predictable over repeated batches.
Schneider Electrical Components
Schneider electrical components provide a familiar protection and switching platform for the mixer and valve controls. The panel scope can be matched to local voltage, air-valve logic and the customer's preferred maintenance practice.
Applications
The applications below are practical examples of where a bottom outlet can improve material recovery. Final contact materials, valve type and cleaning provisions should follow a trial batch and the downstream transfer method.

Chemical & Adhesive Materials
Sealants, resin pastes and adhesive compounds benefit from a short, contained route into a drum or pump. The bottom valve reduces scooping and gives the filling team a clearer start point for the next operation.

Rubber & Plastics
Softened polymer blends and plastic additives can be released without lifting or tipping a heavy vessel. Drive sizing and valve opening are agreed around the compound's final viscosity so the outlet does not become a bottleneck.

Carbon & New Materials
Conductive pastes, graphite mixes and filled formulations often need staged speed before transfer. A low-point outlet makes it easier to recover the last part of the batch while keeping the handoff to a coating or forming step orderly.

Laboratory & R&D
For pilot batches, the valve arrangement gives technicians a controlled way to collect samples or send a finished paste into small containers. The specification can remain simple while still reflecting the scale-up route.
Production Details
The finished machine is a fixed, floor-mounted kneader with an enclosed W-shaped trough, a side drive and a clearly defined low-point outlet. The visible arrangement is compact and easy to follow from loading through transfer.
Product Qualification & Inspection Support
For this bottom valve discharge kneader, the inspection plan should concentrate on valve operation, shaft rotation, seal condition, weld quality and the agreed contact-material finish. The PDI can include a dry run of the valve and interlock sequence, while CE/EMC documents and any destination-market records are confirmed for the final configuration.

Delivery, Shipping and Service
The carbon-steel frame receives an industrial anti-rust coating, then the machine is bolted to a steel skid and enclosed in a reinforced wooden crate. We provide packing and container-loading photographs so the receiving team can plan unloading before the vessel arrives. A 12-month warranty and video support are included in the service scope.
FAQ
Q: Which valve should be used for a flowable resin?
A: A pneumatic ball valve is the common choice for quick, repeatable operation. Manual or hydraulic actuation can be selected after we review viscosity, air availability and the required discharge speed.
Q: Can the outlet be matched to our pump or filling line?
A: Yes. Share the receiving connection, container height and the material condition at discharge. We will check the valve bore, flange and clearance as part of the quotation.
Q: How do you limit residue around the bottom outlet?
A: The opening and blade clearance are designed together, and the final seal and surface finish are checked against the material. This reduces the pocket where a paste could otherwise collect.
